1.Commerdity : Carbon Film Heater (semi-finished product)

2.Composition:

   - Carbon Printed on the PET base film.

   - Inserting copper stripe while doing lamination. (laminating film we use PET+EVA/EEA)

3. Our Normal specification:  

   - Base PET film : 150mic
   - PET+EVA laminating film: 150mic(75/75)
     * We also can use The EEA glue depend on buyer request (High adhesive strength, heat resisting  property)

   - width: 520mm, 1040mm
   - Length: 50m, 100m, 150m/roll
   - various spec. depend on buyer request.

4. Additional construction:

    Laminated film heater is only one part of film boiler. Additional insulation processing and waterproof  treatment(final laminating) should be needed. The semi-finished film will be used for film boiler(film heater) finally.

   - Indoor(home, hotel, restaurant, pension, dormitory, kindergarten, religious building, sauna etc underfloor heating purpose);

   - Out door (playground, road thawing, parking lot, warming poor etc cryopraotective purpose);
